Woman Gets 10 Years in Prison for Stripes Robbery

Olgalidia Pando is sentenced to 10 years in prison.

A Wichita Falls woman is found guilty of robbing a convenience store then trying to rob a man at a separate location.

Twenty-seven year-old Olgalidia Pando is now sentenced to 10 years in prison for aggravated robbery.

Police say she walked into the Stripes on Holliday on April 30 of last year, showed a knife to the clerk, and demanded money.

Officers say she took off on foot with about $20.

About 20 minutes later, police believe Pando attempted to rob another man at the Bank of America ATM on Midwestern Parkway.

The man called police and Pando fled in a Honda Pilot.

She was later arrested.
