The latest report from Map the Meal Gap reveals that at least 37,000 people served in the 12 county area by the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank are considered food insecure, meaning they lack access to enough food to sustain a healthy life.

If you are able to help, the food bank is asking for the following items.

canned meats
canned tuna
meat based soups
staples
peanut butter
canned fruits and juice
canned vegetables
frozen foods
dairy products
fresh produce
