Young Pleads Guilty to Retaliation, Gets Seven Years in Prison

Brian Randolph Young pleaded guilty to retaliation and two counts of burglary of a habitation today in the 78th District Court.
A man found guilty of severely injuring another man and assaulting a woman in Iowa Park last September will serve seven years in prison.
Twenty-seven year-old Brian Randolph Young pleaded no contest to retaliation and two counts of burglary of a habitation.
He entered that plea this morning in the 78th District Court.
Wichita County deputies say they responded to the 19-hundred block of Bailey Rd. last September.
That's where they found a man suffering from severe head injuries.
Authorities say he and a 25-year-old woman had been assaulted in the 300 block of East Ruby in Iowa Park.
Young was arrested in connection with those assaults.
