Former Wichita Falls Nighthawks player Tyron Carrier made a return visit to Wichita Falls Sunday.
He was at Dickey's BBQ pit to have lunch with the winner of a Nighthawks jersey auction.
The winner of the auction was Alex Preston a 5th grader at Fowler Elementary School.
Carrier just finished his first season with the Montreal Allouettes of the Candian Football League.
He returned a punt and a kickoff for a touchdown for Montreal this year.
Carrier talks about how his season with the Nighthawks prepared him for the CFL.
"When I came in I was in tip top shape. I felt like I was there guys were not in football shape. I was already in it. I was running circles around everybody," said Carrier.
Carrier still has the goal of making it to the NFL.
