As many businesses slowed down or closed completely Friday, one home improvement store said they are going to do a lot of restocking to get ready for any other winter blast.

Sutherlands Home Improvement Store said business was steady all day Friday, and boomed Thursday when the arctic blast blew threw.

Store officials say winter weather clothes is mostly what is left after selling out of fire wood, faucet covers, pipe insulation and other cold weather products.

We do have orders placed but when the roads are bad for consumers they are bad for freight companies as well. So it may be next week until we get fully restocked,” said Jeremy Hare the store assistant manager.

Sutherlands said they've already sold more winter weather products than they did throughout the entire season last year.
