Vernon college is celebrating their 70 thousand sq. ft. campus expansion right before the fall school year.
The $7 million renovation includes a new student support center offering financial aid, admissions and student services all in one building.
A new library, campus store and ALLID health floor have also been built.
School officials say the new health building will provide students the facilities they need to learn the skills for their careers.
"With this whole new facility they are able to do a lot more lab work, a lot more space so students can get in there and work with their hands and really make it look like the professional college and the professional teaching that we offer," Michelle Wood, the Director of Continuing Education, said.
The new health facility has a surgical tech lab, RN simulating rooms, and a dental lab.
