Midwestern State sophomore Dominique Williams garnered Lone Star Conference Special Teams Player of the Honors Monday when league officials announced weekly award winners.
The sophomore from Houston became the first MSU player to return a punt for a touchdown in six seasons as he provided the Mustangs' third touchdown of the opening quarter in a 66-20 win over McMurry (Texas).
Williams took the punt at his own 32 and returned it straight up the middle for a 68-yard TD.
