Woman Gets Eight Years Probation for Driving Robber to Commit Crimes

Crystal Perez was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but that's suspended for eight years probation.

A Wichita Falls woman is found guilty of driving another woman to commit two separate robberies in the city.

Crystal Perez is sentenced to eight years probation.

She'll also have to pay a $1000 fine.

She was found guilty of robbery, a lesser included offense to her original charge of aggravated robbery.

On April 30 of last year, police were called to the Stripes convenience store on Holliday after a woman robbed the clerk at knife point.

Officers were then called a robbery at an ATM in the 27-hundred block of Midwestern Parkway.

They had a description of the suspects' vehicle and were able to pull that vehicle over and arrested Perez, who they say admitted to driving her accomplice, Olgalidia Pando, to commit the crimes.

Pando is serving a 10 year prison sentence for her involvement.
