Woman to go to Trial for DWI in a Daycare Van

Holly Wooton will go to trial in December on the charge of DWI with child passenger.
The woman who Wichita Falls police say was drunk while driving kids in her daycare van will go to trial in December.
Thirty-two year-old Holly Wooton appeared in 30th District Court for a pre-trial conference today.
She's charged with driving while intoxicated with child passengers.
The alleged incident happened in April.
Teachers at West Foundation Elementary School say they became concerned when they say they found the driver of a "Hollywood Kids" daycare van passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle.
An arrest affidavit states a school employee opened the door and shook the driver several times before she finally woke up.
They said Wooton closed the door of her van and took off with small children inside.
Reports state a parent at Cunningham Elementary opened the door of Wooton's van and took the keys so she would not be able to drive.
Wooton's exact trial date hasn't been set.
