WWII Medals Mistakenly Sold to Goodwill, Returned to Owner

Several World War II medals mistakenly donated to a Florida Goodwill store are returned to their rightful owner.
(WBBH) Weeks ago a mistaken donation found its way to the bins of the Pine Ridge Road Goodwill in Naples, Florida.

World War II medals, a pocket watch and dog tags inscribed with the name John Teegarden and his wife, Marjorie were discovered by a worker sorting jewelry.

"Both were very young when they married, and it was wartime and he was in the service," Jan cook, Marjorie's sister, recalls.

She accidentally donated them as she cleared some space.
