Your Vote Can Help the Graham Drive In Theater Stay Open

You can take part in a contest to help save the Graham Drive In Theater.
This old film projector has entertained Graham Drive-In movie-goers for decades but next year, movies will no longer be available on film.
So to stay open, the drive-in must convert to a digital projector, which costs more than $100,000.
Although drive-in owners do not have the money for the conversion, Honda Motor Company is holding a contest to cover the cost for five drive-in theaters across the country.
And managers say you can help by using your computer to vote.

"Simple vote.  Once a day.  Sit down in front of your computer.  Click a button. Click Graham Drive-In.  That's a vote.  Set an alarm on your phone.  Set a reminder on your I-Calendar, however you can to remind yourself that take that one minute a day and vote for Graham Drive-In," says Erin Hawkins, manager of Graham Drive-In.

The contest starts Friday at 9 a.m. and ends September 9th at 8:59 p.m.
Each person can vote once a day.
Once voting starts, we will provide the link where you can register your vote.

This weekend's featured movies are Despicable Me 2 and Grown Ups 2.
Showtime is around 9 p.m.
