As the Texas redistricting debate continues to unfold, it's posing a challenge for those trying to prepare for spring elections.
Wichita Falls City Clerk Lydia Ozuna briefed city councilors during today's planning workshop.
She says the debate is making things difficult for voters -- who
won't be able to get voter registration cards until after the
redistricting dispute is settled.
She says potential candidates don't know what district they're even in, or what position they could run for.
