A call to check on a suspicious person ends with an arrest in a backyard shed early this morning of a man who has had many brushes with the law. Wichita Falls police arrested Austin Blaine Kimbro for criminal trespass and evading arrest.
Police say Kimbro was seen running near McNeil Avenue and York Street where they were called to look for a possible burglary suspect. They say Kimbro refused to stop and more officers were called in to help the search.
According to police Kimbro was found in a storage shed in the 4200 block of Rivercrest Drive about an hour later.
Kimbro was previously arrested in April 2015 for allegedly stealing doors from his apartment complex and then again this past april for driving a reported stolen motorcycle which he said he had been loaned but police say had been freshly repainted.
