Car Jumps Curb, Hits Tree, Mows Over Boy

NBC News- Surveillance video shows an out-of-control vehicle barreling onto a sidewalk in Brooklyn, knocking down a small boy as he was walking.

Thankfully, the child is expected to make a full recovery.
