A woman is in jail today on armed robbery charges after police say she first tried to turn in another man and was then arrested herself.
33-year old Trinity Noland is charged with two counts of armed robbery, possession of a controlled substance, and of marijuana. Officers say she entered the Dollar General on Seymour Highway around 7:00 last night and told the clerk to call police.
Police located 27-year-old Zachary Trumble in the parking lot and arrested him after finding a gun with the serial number scratched off  in his vehicle. He is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and tampering with ID numbers.
After further investigation officers say they also arrested Noland after obtained two arrest warrants for armed robberies at the Missile Club, Monday night and Fas Pac on Central Freeway early yesterday morning.
They say the investigation is still ongoing and more arrests in these robberies are possible.
