Vernon College nursing entrance testing deadline

The HESI A2 Assessment Exam is required of potential students to the LVN-RN Transition program AND the RN Generic program. 

The exam must be taken yearly and must be taken at Vernon College. 

The cost of the exam is $45.

The exam consists of reading comprehension, math, anatomy & physiology. You are allowed 4 hours to complete the exam. The test can be taken only 2 times before each admissions process.

A score of 78 is recommended. Students scoring <78 will only be considered if positions are available after evaluation of those with the recommended score. A copy of the test scores must be uploaded with the nursing application.
