Body Cavity Search Warrant Turns Up Drugs

Authorities say a woman arrested for drug possession was found to have more drugs during a strip search in the Wichita County Jail.

According to an arrest affidavit, Danielle Stone was arrested on May 1 for having dangerous drugs and outstanding warrants.

After a jailer witnessed Stone reaching into her private parts, Wichita Falls police officers obtained a search warrant for Stone’s vaginal cavity.

Police say a nurse found two separate bags of meth totaling more than a gram, more than a gram of cocaine, almost two grams of marijuana, and about three grams of xanax individually wrapped in plastic baggies.

Stone is charged with tampering with physical evidence, obstruction or retaliation, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance over 1 gram, under 4 grams.

Stone has several previous arrests including one for allegedly stealing from Dillard’s. Police say she slipped out of handcuffs and took off running towards the exit before being captured again. Authorities say Stone made threats to a police officer and several others who appeared to be working with her got away.

In October 2015, Stone was arrested along with a man outside a Dollar Saver store and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, which had been reported stolen earlier.
