The third and final person charged for the 2015 death of Domanic Thrasher has taken a plea deal for 15-years in prison for manslaughter.

Whitney O’Brien was a key witness in both the Justin Love and Blayne Brooks trials for Thrasher’s death, and District Attorney John Gillespie said O’Brien’s lawyers advised her to work with the prosecution, which she did without any plea deals in motion.

According to Gillespie, O’Brien cooperated with the prosecution within 30 days of the incident.

Brookes was sentenced to 60 years in prison back in November 2016 and Love was sentenced to 50 years in prison in December 2018.
