Child porn investigation reveals alleged sexual child abuse

A child porn investigation into a Marlow man reveals alleged sexual abuse of a child inside his home.

Matthew Willoughby Hale, 39, is charged with child sexual abuse following a December Oklahoma State Bureau investigation into Hale for child pornography.

At his home, investigators seized a computer hard-drive they say had 36 photos, four carved photographs, and two videos identified as potential child pornography.

All files had been deleted from the computer.

Hale was then charged with 13-counts of possession of child pornography and bonded out of jail.

OSBI officials said they later discovered some photos included a minor performing sexual activity on an adult male which they said was later identified by his tattoos as Hale.

Investigators interviewed Hale at his home and showed him the photos last Friday.

Authorities said Hale pointed to the adult male’s arm in the photo which had tattoos and said that was his.

When asked when the photo was taken, Hale reportedly told investigators he didn’t know because he blacks out a lot when he drinks.

A female at the home also identified the minor as the child who had been living in the home.

Hale’s bond is set at $1 million.
