Comanche Police search for suspect in alleged violent sexual assault

The Comanche Police Department is looking for a man accused of a violent sexual attack at Comanche Lake on Saturday.

Comanche Police Chief  William Straily told the Duncan Banner that the sexual assault happened in a wooded area on the northwest side of the lake before sundown.

Chief Straily said the victim sustained non- life-threatening injuries.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Stephens County Sheriff’s Office and Duncan Police Department are assisting in the investigation.

According to the Duncan Banner, Chief Straily said the suspect description includes a white male with pale skin, covered in freckles, unshaven with stubble, and has rotting and missing teeth.

The Duncan Banner also reports that the attacker has light red hair and a thin build with a vertical scar on his left cheek.
