It happened on July 3, 2013.
At around 9 pm, 24 year old Oliver Mercedes Martin was shot while he was driving east in the 600 block of Harding.
He ended up in the 700 block of Bonner Street, and was taken by ambulance to United Regional where he died from his injuries.
