Former Electra daycare director charged with violating her probation

A former Electra daycare director who got a probated sentence for embezzlement in 2017 was booked back into jail Wednesday and charged with numerous violations of her probation.

Amanda Robeson, 39, had a bond of $15,000 and is no longer shown on the jail roster.

She was convicted of embezzling about $16,000 from the daycare owned by Electra Memorial Hospital– Imagination Station Daycare.

The motion to revoke her probation alleges Robeson tested positive for marijuana, is  $4,700 delinquent in restitution to the hospital and is also delinquent in fees.
