A former Iowa Park substitute teacher prosecutors said has violated her probation twice on the charge of an improper relationship of an educator with a student was in court Friday to find out if she will have to serve prison time.

Wendy Fox’s latest violations are similar to her first violations in 2016.

Fox was placed on eight years probation in 2012 after admitting to having sex with a male student on numerous locations, including at Gordon Lake, her home and the student’s home.

The District Attorney filed a second motion to revoke her adjudicated probation sentence.

The first time, Fox had to spend four weekends in jail, and she was also ordered to enroll in a sex offender’s treatment program.

In her revocation hearing Friday afternoon, a former counselor for Fox testified Fox was discharged from the program when she admitted to using someone else’s prescription pills.

The counselor told the judge Fox has no boundaries when it comes to sex and displays hypersexual tendencies. She said while in treatment, Fox met a man there and once released, moved in with him while she was still married.

The counselor said Fox always played the victim and blames the student for all her problems.

The judge found Fox was taking drugs on probation and did not attend all her sex treatment classes and did not complete her homework and finally was expelled.

No ruling came Friday, and the hearing will resume Monday with closing arguments.
