It looks like a Wichita Falls restaurant is not reopening—making it the fourth business to open and close at that location since it was built.
There is a for sale sign in front of the Emanuel Number Three Salvadoran restaurant on Broad Street. A notice on the door from the state comptroller’s office that is torn in half.
It appears to have been placed there some time ago.
The comptroller’s office said, though, they did not close the business, and no sales taxes are owed.
It appeared the restaurant closed in January, but when Texoma’s Homepage crews finally got hold of someone there by phone in January, he said they had just closed for a vacation and they were reopened.
When it appeared closed since then, Texoma’s Homepage crews have called the other Emanuel
Restaurant in Los Angeles and someone has assured the Wichita Falls location was open. Authorities gave the same answer Tuesday.
