YOUNG COUNTY (KFDX/KJTL)— UPDATE: Thursday, April 9, 2020, at 5:45 p.m.: Graham city leaders have extended the shelter-in-place order to April 29.
According to Graham city manager, Brandon Anderson, the city has extended its shelter in place order until April 29 at 11:59 p.m.
Anderson said this coincides with the governor’s office.
The city still only has four positive cases and two have recovered. The city has also postponed its upcoming election.
ORIGINAL STORY: With the spread of the coronavirus on the rise, officials in Graham have issued a shelter in place order that will go into effect on Tuesday, March 31 at 11:59 p.m. until further notice.
