Xavier White is indicted for sexual assault  of a child.

Police say in September, White and a juvenile dragged the 16 year old girl from a hallway, carried her into a room, fondled and assaulted her.

Also indicted for  two counts of sexual assault of a child was 48 year old Sherman McDaniel.

He was arrested after a 14 year old runaway told police she was in a home at Avenue R and McDaniel when he told her to take off her clothes, and began touching her before they had sex.

Officers say McDaniel first denied  being with the girl in his bed, and then later said he woke up and she was sitting on his bed.

He said nothing happened, though.

A Burkburnett man is indicted for improper photography and recording in connection with an incident in August.

The girl told police she heard a noise outside the bathroom window and saw Shaub’s cell phone against the window.

Shaub  was placed on the lifetime sex offender registry in 2002, and has previous offenses  for sexual assaults of young boys and a girl.
