Joe Biden has not officially entered the 2020 race, but he already has a big problem after being accused of acting inappropriately with a female which is something he denies.

Democrat Lucy Flores is accusing the former vice president of inappropriately kissing her on the back of the head at 2014 rally.

She says the incident made her feel embarrassed, shocked, and confused.

“I felt these hands on my shoulders and I’m thinking that’s odd the vice president of the United States is touching me,” Flores says “I’m not in any way suggesting that I felt sexually assaulted or sexually harassed. I felt invaded.”

Biden released a statement following the accusation stating:

“In my many years on the campaign trail and in public life, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, expressions of affection, support and comfort, and not once, never did I believe I acted inappropriately.”
