The Wichita County grand jury failed to indict Jonathan Woody on one of his original charges. Woody and his wife were arrested after Woody’s two sons told police that they suffered multiple and repeated incidents of abuse which included using a belt on a boy’s genitals, forcing them to lick the toilet, and hitting a boy’s tongue over and over with a spoon.

Woody, who is out on bond, was also charged with  tampering with a witness for allegedly telling the boys to lie to police. But the grand jury returned a no bill on that.

Last week, he was indicted on three counts of endangering a child with imminent danger of bodily injury.

Woody’s wife, Sara, has around 25 charges related to the alleged abuse with  bonds totaling almost $2 million dollars.
