While in police custody, officers found methamphetamine officers said Davis had attempted to destroy on the scene. During the investigation, police also said officers found out that the U-Haul trailer was stolen out of Oklahoma.

Now Davis faces with eight criminal charges including theft of a firearm, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
