A man charged with burglary after police said stolen items were posted for sale on Facebook has two burglary charges dismissed Thursday.
But Joshua Seth Miller, 32, was sentenced after pleading to other charges.
Miller and another man were arrested in February after police said the victim saw stolen items posted.
Police say they made contact with the person who posted and set up a time for an undercover officer to look at the items.
The officers said they eventfully found 44 items reported stolen from a home on Speedway.
Miller had one burglary charge and another charge of bond forfeiture for a burglary both of those are dismissed.
But, he was sentenced for a theft, possession of meth and also for child endangerment.
In 2017, Miller was charged with meth possession after organized crime unit officers searched a home on Kimberly Lane.
They say they found meth and contacted Child Protective Services because a child was inside the home.
