One of two teens sentenced to probation for a 2015 home invasion and assaults has been sentenced to spend time in prison for violating his probation.
Haiden Kimbro, now 20, was given 10 years probation, and now has been sentenced to three years in prison.
Prosecutors filed to have his probation revoked after he admitted to using marijuana and urine tests showed he had consumed alcohol until intoxicated.
He also did not make efforts to find employment and did not complete 220 hours of community service.
Police said Kimbro, another teen and a juvenile were charged with aggravated robbery, after a door was kicked in in the 1700 block of Elizabeth in March 2015.
They said two women inside were hit on the head with a hammer as they tried to run out, and a man was hit in the head with a handgun.
One of the teens told police they went there to get pills, marijuana and money.
