Bonds have been set on a man with two new charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
47-year old Jason Wayne Carlile remains jailed in Wichita County Jail on two bonds totaling $150,000.
The assault allegedly occurred in 2000 and 2006. Carlile was released on a $100,000 bond earlier this month on another sex assault charge involving a child.
Prosecutors say Carlile’s original bond was posted after his parents won $15 million dollars in the lottery.
The new charges were detailed in a sealed indictment that was not unsealed until Carlile was rearrested.
Carlile’s trial on the original charges is set for December 10th. In 2007 Carlile pleaded guilty to purchasing a 15-year old girl from her mother for $3,000. He was given three years in that case.
