Petrolia VFD officials host first Pig Blast hunt

If anyone would like to do a little hog hunting for a good cause, make sure to check out the first Petrolia Volunteer Fire Department Pig Blast.

The chance to hunt and rid the county of a few hogs for some cash is available for community members Saturday at noon. 

Teams must have between two to four people and there will be a side pot for the heaviest pig is $25! 

The entry fee is $200 and 30 percent of this fee goes to the fire department.

The deadline is 7 p.m. Friday night, so those interested only have about an hour left.
