One of the three defendants in the 2015 murder of Domanic Thrasher was reminded today he only has about 3 weeks to decide whether to accept a plea agreement offer from prosecutors.

Justin Love was in 30th District Court this morning and Prosecutor John Gillespie told him the state’s offer of 50 years in prison will only be on the table until December 31st.

Love is charged with murder along with Whitney O’Brien and Blayne Brooks.

Brooks was found guilty last week and sentenced to 60 years in prison. In June of last year, Love, O’Brien, and Brooks made a deal to sell marijuana to Domanic Thrasher.

O’Brien told police when Thrasher tried to run away without paying for the drugs, Brooks shot him.

She also told investigators Justin Love was driving the car.
