Services have been set for a Wichita Falls teenager killed over the weekend in a wreck near Alvord. 16-year-old Christine Kim, a Rider High School sophomore, was killed in the accident.
DPS officials say she was in a Toyota 4-Runner traveling southbound on 287 in heavy rain when the driver of the vehicle lost control and spun into the median ejecting Christine.
Her visitation will be Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 at Owens and Brumley on 9th Street. Her funeral is set for Saturday at 10:00 am at Lamar Baptist Church.
The driver, Daniel Kim, and two other passengers in the 4-Runner were transported to area hospitals. Three others in another vehicle hit by the 4-Runner were also transported to area hospitals with various injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
