Eight years after two boys said a man forced them into sexual activity in an abandoned mobile home in Burkburnett the defendant is now on trial.

Casey Joe Cochnauer, 38, is charged with one count of indecency with a child by contact and one count of indecency by exposure.

A jury has been seated and testimony should begin Thursday morning in 78th District Court.

One of the alleged victims told authorities he was fondled and assaulted when he was about 10-years-old while helping Cochnauer tear down a mobile home in Burkburnett.

He did not remember the exact date but said it was about a month after the Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl which was in February 2011.

He said he remembers Cochnauer had a laptop with women’s underwear on then Cochnauer grabbed him by the shoulders, pinned him down and assaulted him.

The other male victim was 13-years-old at that time and said in March 2011 Cochnauer asked him to participate in sexual activity so he left.
