You still have a couple of days to handle any outstanding warrants and avoid jail time.
The great Texas warrant roundup ends on March 8.
Municipal Court Administrator Stan Horton said in all the years they have participated in the warrant roundup, and Horton said this year has been one of the best they’ve had.
“We’ve actually cleared 497 warrants in the time we started until this morning, so we have a few days to go,” Horton said. “The response has really been good from the public.”
Horton also said they have not had to arrest anyone during this warrant roundup.
Court officials said they are willing to work with you if you cannot pay off all of your warrants at once.
