Two Wichita Falls residents were arrested Thursday night after a car was reported stolen and an officer received a tip the suspects were in the 1200 block of 33rd Street.

After getting the tip, officers went to the home to stake it out and said they saw people coming out of the house.

Officers approached the house on foot and say they saw a vehicle in the backyard matching the description of the stolen car.

When officers approached the car they said they saw a man and woman having sex in the front seat.

Officers announced their presence and identified the suspects as Haigen Stimelsky, 21, and Jeramie Hockett, 34.

Officer said Stimelsky had several outstanding arrest warrants. She also has previous drug charges and in one incident in June 2017 she was arrested for allegedly carrying 27.6 grams of methamphetamine in a duffel bag while walking on Roberts Avenue.

Both Stimelsky and Hockett were charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
