A Wichita falls man with a lengthy criminal record is back in jail after a car search revealed .08 ounces of marijuana.

Police arrested 27-year old Justin Fugett for marijuana possession after an argument with a woman at the Silver Dollar Saloon last night. Officers say the woman claimed Fugett had a gun in his car and Fugett allowed officers to search his vehicle.

After they say they found marijuana in the floor boards, officers arrested Fugett and 25-year-old Xavier Bowen who had arrived at the bar with Fugett.

Fugett previously took a plea deal for aggravated robbery after police say he tried to rob the Jack in the Box on Central Freeway in September of 2015.

Fugett received 10 years probation and a $750 dollar fine for that plea.
