A grand jury rejected charges for an assault with a vehicle charge against Dustin Mitchell of Henrietta.
He had allegedly assaulted his female passenger and then rammed the car of a man who reportedly came to her aid.
Mitchell’s evading arrest charge was also no billed.
As well, a Burkburnett man recently charged with sending fake ricin poison to a business from jail had one of his many charges no billed.
The charge of a false alarm or emergency is no long lodged against Roger Hardy.
Hardy has a long list of other charges in the past, including sending fake anthrax in the mail and making threats against various officials.
