Two Wichita Falls residents were hospitalized after a pin-in wreck off I-44 late Friday morning.

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol authorities, officials responded to the call about 11:10 a.m. Friday half-a-mile south of Fletcher in Comanche County.

Troopers stated Dustin Bacon, 34, was driving a 2009 GMC Yukon east on H.E. Bailey Turnpike with a 7-year-old passenger in the car. According to the report, Bacon crossed over the road and struck the bridge landing on the driver side.

When officials arrived on scene, Bacon was trapped in the car and was removed from his car by the Fletcher Fire Department with the jaws of life.

Both individuals sustained non-life threatening injuries.
