A Wichita Falls woman who police say was illegally dumpster diving last month and was tased when she tried to run away after leaving trash in an alley, is back in jail.

Amber Lynn Kidwell, 33, was charged with evading arrest and on Thursday booked back into jail when authorities said she violated terms of her evading arrest bond.

In her previous arrest police said they got a call about a woman in a dumpster who was yelling in an alley in the 1900 block of 9th.

They said when the officer arrived, Fox was no longer in the dumpster but had contents of the dumpster spread out in the alley and was going through it.

She began walking off and the officer said she was told to stop, but kept going, and yelled, “It’s my birthday and I don’t have time to ride in a car!”

The officer said she then began to run away and the officer fired two darts from his taser into her back and she fell and the officer was able to handcuff her.
