A motorcycle built with the help of students at the CEC was unveiled Saturday.
The mechanic welding and marketing classes worked on the motorcycle for Harley Davidson’s Battle of the Kings competition.
The motorcycle was built in two months and crew chief Bobbie Gilmore the crew chief says the deadlines were the hardest part of building the bike and working with the students was great.
“It was awesome these kids really stepped up to the plate, especially the welding and marketing,” Gilmore said. “Not only did they help with the actual motorcycle but marketing helped make some vote posters and some other marketing stuff for the competition as well.”
If this motorcycle gets enough votes to go on to the second round the school will get $2,000 worth of snap on tools and if you would like to vote click here.
