Wichita Falls police say they have caught another burglar in the act.
Officers arrested 17-year-old Garrett Shelley for burglary of a habitation.
Police say yesterday they caught Shelley running away from an apartment in the 2400 block of Wedgewood.
They caught up to him a few blocks away on fillmore and say he had several items from the house.
He remains in Wichita County Jail and his bond is not yet set.
