WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — The Wichita Falls Utility Collections drive-thru will be temporarily closed.
City officials said this is due to ongoing construction on the west side of Memorial Auditorium. They said water customers may still park and walk up to the kiosk and make a payment.
