Woman accused of kicking Wichita County Detention Officer

Local News

A Wichita Falls woman is charged with assault of a public servant when Wichita County Sheriff’s authorities said she tried to walk away during booking Wednesday and kicked a detention officer.

According to her arrest affidavit, Toni Nicole Wilson, 29, was being booked for criminal trespass Wednesday night and during the medical clearance procedure she refused to stay seated and then tried to walk away.

A detention officer said Wilson kicked him in the abdomen and leg, and officers had to use force to restrain her, resulting in a new charge of assault of an officer.
