Woman arrested after allegedly pushing man without legs out of wheelchair

A Wichita Falls woman is now in jail after police said she pushed a man without legs out of his electric wheelchair.

Police said they were called to the 500 block of Lamar Street Thursday night at 7:45 in reference to an assault.

The victim, a 63-year-old male without any legs, told officers Shelley Ann Breeding got upset about cigarettes and pushed him out of his electric wheelchair.

Police said the man had marks on both his elbows and his back.

Officers arrested Breeding and when she arrived at the jail, they said a deputy found meth in one of her pockets.

Breeding is charged with injury to a disabled person and possession of a controlled substance penatly group one.
