Woman arrested after daughter tested positive for amphetamines, methamphetamine

Local News

A 36-year-old Wichita Falls mother is charged with child endangerment after authorities said her 4-year-old daughter tested positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine.

Amber Woodall was booked into the Wichita County jail Saturday after Child Protective Services notified police the girl had tested positive after being removed from the custody of Woodall.

Officers said Woodall agreed to be tested and that screening showed amphetamines and methamphetamine in her blood as well.

Shortly after being tested, Woodall admitted in court she had been using meth during the time she had custody of her daughter in October.
