A Wichita Falls woman who seems to have ongoing issues with the law, and fulfilling conditions of her punishment, has been found in violation of her probation again and been ordered to spend additional days in jail.
Stephanie Perry, 37, pleaded true to violating her previous sentencing agreement by not showing up at the jail to serve her 90 days, three days a week.
Perry was arrested for evading arrest and leaving the scene of an accident in 2016 after police officers said she crashed into Local Boys Liquor on Southwest Parkway. Perry was later found behind a van in a parking lot with no shoes on.
Perry pleaded guilty for a five year suspended sentence. She also pleaded guilty in 2016 to a hit and run accident in Clay County and was placed on probation.
Previous to that arrest, in 2013, Perry was charged with child endangerment after officers said they found a 6-year- old boy unresponsive inside a dryer.
Police, deputies and DPS troopers had searched the neighborhood before finding him under a blanket.
They say the boy tested positive for meth, and Perry was charged with endangerment. However, court records show she was never convicted on that charge.
