A man and woman arrested last week for allegedly smoking meth in the Rathgeber Hospitality House are back in jail this evening.

Police say and officer was in the 3200 block of Marian Lane, off Old Iowa Park Road about 1 p.m. and saw two people he knew had outstanding warrants going in and out of a home he believed to be vacant.

The officer suspected they were burglarizing the house, but on investigating learned the home belongs to the sister of the woman with the warrant.

But 22-year-old Laci Chizmadia and 33-year-old Jesse Buckley were taken into custody for the warrants.

Chizmadia was jailed when her personal recognizance bond was cancelled on a possession of a controlled substance charge.

Buckley is jailed for possession of a controlled substance.

They were out on bond after being arrested last week when united regional security asked them to leave because they said the smoke detectors in the Rathgeber room had been covered.

Officers say a glass pipe and bags of meth were found in the room.

Officers say Buckley passed out on the way to jail and was taken to the hospital, then put in jail.

Police say he admitted swallowing 9 grams of meth when hospital security knocked on the door.
